This hat is absolutely the best! Everywhere I have gone today strangers have told me how cute I look! I am a larger woman, and this hat graces all my goodness! It is very well-made and very comfortable.i bought this because of the shape, I'd been looking for a hat of this basic shape for quite some time. I have many hats. I have to, I'm very light skinned and have had way too much sun exposure back when that was the thing to do. I have never spent this much on a hat before, but I was pleased by the pictures of it and I decided to go for it. I can clearly see that it is absolutely worth the price. It covers the back of my neck and face easily, without falling over my eyes. It has a soft cord in a little sleeve around the crown of the head, so It's adjustable, and stays put nicely in a breeze. The quality is very good. It doesn't come folded, and I didn't even notice when buying it (or maybe I forgot), but it is packable!! It comes with folding instructions, I tried and it works! The style is what I am happiest with though, that is why I bought it after all. This hat dresses up and down and anywhere in between. I can use it gardening, or look chic in a dress. Now the bad news: I want the other two colors!!! Update; Just bought my second one!Update; Too bad they decided to raise the price, I will not be buying my third!I buy these has for two reasons: The internal drawstring that can be adjusted to keep the hat from blowing off in the wind, and the styles. They have several different styles. I can find almost anything I want/need in a Wallaroo Hat. I highly recommend them.I ordered this hat because the description stated wire edged brim. There is no wire in the brim so I am returning. I have been wearing wallaroo hats for years and love them. I like the adjustable ties because it keeps the hat on my head. I love wide brim hats for sun protection. But sometimes I want the wire edged brim to style differently. Disappointed no wire in this brim but will order another wallaroo style.I love this hat. I bought my first one in Turks and Caicos but I lost it in my way home. I was so glad when I found you online. I have purchased hats all over the world and this is by far my favorite. It fits perfectly and it looks amazing.I bought the hat to protect my face post surgery. The hat is stylish and provides great protection from the sun. I receive a lot of compliments when wearing it. The only cons for me are 1. It's a little tight and therefore blows off easily. (I have braids and natural hair so my hair may be puffier than most)2. The hat is losing its form even though it's never been wet or even folded. I store it flat because I don't believe it is truly travel friendly so I removed one star. I purchased the hat less than a month ago.This is my 2nd Wallaroo hat I have this same on in beige with the black lines. I use it for all my vacation/outdoor/pool hat. I even use it to garden on a hot day. Love this hat it totally covers from the sun and protects just what you need. super easy to pack and travel with.I had one before and gave it to a friend, this is the new one for me.I very rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to this time. Ordered yesterday, received my hat today. Always a risk buying hats on line as one never knows if they are going to fit. This fits perfectly as it is completely adjustable inside via a cotton tie band and I believe if I tied it tight enough, it would stop my hat flying away in strong wind. The brim is flexible and can be shaped if you want your hat to have a little 'swagger'. This is a beautifully shaped hat, and seems to keep its' shape even when I roll it up in my suitcase. Excellent product that provides good sun protection whilst adding a bit of sophistication. Love it.This is my 3rd hat from Wallaroo and I am not disappointed. Lovely shape, looks very stylish on and offers great protection from the sun for my face and neck. The only thing I wish it came with is a detachable strap, so I could have it hanging on my back in windy weather.Lightweight and cooler than other hats I have tried. Handy that it rolls up to go in a bag and the brim is easily shaped to alter the look. It has a drawstring feature for windy weather, although I find this needs to be uncomfortably tight in order for the hat to stay in place. Mine arrived looking a bit tatty, I expected better for the price.This hat is a lovely shape and just right to shade your face from the sun. It is not at all floppy like previous crushable hats I've bought. I've yet to use it but looking forward to doing so.Looks great. Can change the size - looser or tighter brim for windy weather. Love the fact it gives high UV protection. Arrived very speedily.
