It took quite a while to ship, but once it was shipped it arrived within a couple days. The hat arrived safely in a nice sturdy box with no damage. The hat is perfect and I'm so glad I bought it! I have the Joanna "crushable" version as well. While this one here is not crushable and has a stiff crown, it is still VERY comfortable to wear. Also, unlike the crushable version, this one can be shaped a bit to your liking. I'm able to pinch the crown where I like it and turn the front center of the brim to slope down slightly which I love. Ya can't do that with the crushable version cause it won't stay, it just bounces back to its original shape. Anyway, I'm very pleased and it was worth the wait! Thank you!
